PPoor customer service and terrible results. After many eventually they came to install my door. There was a space between the door and the frame and cold was coming into the room. The installer recognized the issue and called the office - there was yelling back and forth which I did not understand as they were talking in Russian, but I know that the installer was trying to explain that the door was defective. The owner did not want to take the responsibility and the installer left my house saying that there is nothing he can do; the owner would have to send someone from the factory to fix the door as it was defective. After a few more weeks, the installer came back and glued a piece of fluffy cloth between the door and the frame to stop the draft. They didn't even take the time to look up and see that upper corner had the same problem. I did not need 'expert installers' to stick a piece of cloth on the door, I could have done it myself.
When I voiced my concerns about 'the fix', Ekaterina's response was that the installer said that the door was now in good order and they are waiting for the payment - worst experience, so disappointing!
