My mother, who suffers from arthritis has not been able to use a conventional bath tub, for many years. She decided to replace her bathroom tub with a walk-in tub. We talked to several retailers and contractors but most of them did not know much about their product and especially were not able to explain how they would move a bulky walk-in tub to a condominium apartment bathroom. Finally, we visited the Toronto Bath Solutions store and talked with Tony Ryabokon. Tony was able to answer all our questions and, especially, had an answer to the problem of moving a walk-in tub through narrow doors and tight passages, of a condo. It turns out that Bath Solutions designs and sells a walk-in tub that comes in two separate pieces which are put together during the installation. Furthermore, this unique design is manufactured by Bath Solutions, locally, in Bellville. Tony estimated that the dismantling of the old tub and the installation of the walk-in tub would take three days, including plumbing and electrical wiring. Tony and his assistant, Daniel, were able to complete the installation in two days with minimal disruption and mess. My mother is very happy with her new tub and is relieved that the whole process was so painless, mostly, due to Tony's professionalism and expertise.
