I am very disappointed with the "experts" at Mayfair drapes. The salesperson came in and measured my son's window for blinds. When the blinds were installed, the blackout blinds let in light around the edges and the light hit my son in the face. I was told it was my fault for not explicitly asking for a "black out system". The solution they offered was for me to buy drapes to stop the light at the sides for an additional $340. The sales team did not return my phone calls and when they did they left to serve customers in the retail store. I would expect "experts" selling blinds for a child's south facing bedroom would have taken the time to review all the options.
