Eavestrough and Downspout Replacement
I called 10 roofing companies, 5 returned my call and 4 came out to do an estimate, with one coming when I wasn't home. Smart Roofing was the only company who followed through from initial contact to follow-up on the quote to providing color samples and final booking of the work. Scott and his team were exceptional!! The crew arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, dismantled the old eavestrouph with such care, so not to damage flowerbeds. My project required some creative workmanship and this team did not let me down. From the extra caulking in the corners, to spray painting the screws to match the eaves color, were just a few of the minor details done that showed me the quality of their workmanship. Scott came to check the progress of the project and to ensure I was pleased with the work being done. This crew was a pleasure to have and cleaned-up beyond my expectations.
