Had 3 bids on roof shingles replacement and Bain Roofing was the best one. The company was prompt, stripped away and disposed the old shingles and installed new 35 year shingles on the roof. completed the job satisfactory in approximately 10 hours. Completely cleaned the are of nails and debris.
I had Landmark home solutions replace all the windows in the front of my house and one bathroom window on the west side because the existing windows had been leaking and were not very energy efficient. The new windows that I have purchased from Landmark home solutions contain power max glass technology and are supposed to be the most energy efficient with a heat reading of "8". Once the windows had been built, Landmark phoned me and set up an installation appointment. The installers arrived at the set date and time. They started and completed the whole job in one day. They were very curtious, respectful, efficient, very clean and quite tolerant with my meticulous requests. The windows look great and I am very pleased with them and the workmanship.
