The old gas furnace motor was replaced by a brand new one.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. On March 3, 2014, I called for service as there was no heat. James, the service technician knew the problem right away by just listening to the sound of the gas furnace motor. Immediately he knew what had to be done. I was quite impressed by his work ethic and excellent customer service which he has provided and which was truly second to none. He was quite knowledgeable and qualified in his profession. I would surely like to have him back for service if I need one in the future. Simply put, I would highly recommend direct energy to a friend or relative. Well done, James and keep up the good work!!!
