We are extremely unhappy with Kaitlin Group . Extensive list of problems in our house! Customer service barely exists, always given the run around . Our shower has a major leak and mould has been found , this is the second time we've had a problem with the shower. Currently waiting for shower to be ripped out . Hopefully the job will be done properly this time by someone who is competent . Legal action may be required .
