Worst builder ever. Stepper built a brand new house for us and possession date is next Monday but I found a damage on bathtub during the final walk through they even noticed. And they said they're gonna repair it easily just common thing to happen!! Really disappointed in stepper, who would want a repaired bathtub in a brand new house? Even the repair area was awful and cheap I could see the crack through the touch up!! And there was water leaking in the basement they also didn't know where it was from and why and no explanation so far.. I strongly do not recommend stepper custom homes!!
