Bad Boy has to be the WORSE! Quality is a ridiculous and customer service is great when you are buying but not so great when there are issues. We did a complete home re-model and spent approx. $18,000 in new furniture and built in appliances. From scratches to chunks missing in our furniture, this has been the BIGGEST joke! Purchased in November and now April, I am still dealing with poor customer service from the sales rep in the Barrie location who was was quick to take my money, the store manager who runs and hides and returns your call if you are lucky, to the General Manager who is full of false promises! I am done! Next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will be making a call to the media....I have been patient for 5 months and I can assure you that I have deterred 3 families in the past month from shopping there for their appliances and dining room furniture and will continue to do so! Customer service is all about repeat business.....perhaps you wouldn't have to spend so much on advertising if your customers were happy and doing the advertising for you!
