I recently hired Tom to do a pre-sale home inspection on 100+ year old home. Tom was very knowledgeable, thorough and especially detailed. He went through the entire home, top to bottom, leaving no stone or shrub unturned. He identified several issues that the previous home inspector (back when I had purchased the house) had totally missed. He also organized the report with excellent photos for easy reference and actionable recommendations. Tom is a dedicated professional, cares about his clients and gives you the straight goods. I can recommend Tom without reservation.

Sam is an experienced painter who was able to fit me in on very short notice. Arrived as discussed and quickly got to work. He was meticulous and did some great brush work (i.e. no painter's tape needed). Good even coats. He charged me a very reasonable price too. Plan to use him again for future projects.

He quoted a fair price, showed up on time and was careful with my furniture and premises.
