I called James and asked them for a quote to see if they could quickly turn around a TV install for me. Not only did they get back to me quickly, but they scheduled an appointment the same day! James and one of his co-workers (sorry - forgot the name) gave me a time window and also called me 10 minutes before stopping over. They were on-time and very friendly during the install - measuring the viewing distance and angle for proper placement and height. They were also very patient as I sat in two or three different spots to see the viewing angle before finalizing the install. All in I paid less for the entire install with Cable Connexions (including them providing the wall mount) then I would have spent on the mount alone. James also provided me with their insurance certificate which is a thing everyone should look for with any service company - especially for things such as this which attracts a lot of "handyman" quotes. I strongly recommend calling James and Cable Connexions if you are looking to have the TV installed. Jim.
