DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. 300 plus dollars for a 20 min. visit - did not attempt to repair the machine because he needed a part that took a month to locate...the part was quoted at $550 plus install. I called AEG to find out how much the part was really worth and was told it would cost me $129 retail. He also said I needed a salt water dispenser but i soon discovered that my machine doesn't have a salt water dispenser! Shame on them!
