HORRIBLE!!! Complete rip off and terrible service! We had them come fix a seemly simple plumbing issue (dipping shower faucet) for us. They claimed it to be a much bigger issue and needed to replace a very expensive plumbing part that cost $900. After further investigation we discovered that was NOT the case. Furthermore, once the 'plumber' left I went into the bathroom to look at it. The plumber had left without finishing the job. The caulking around the faucet was torn off and not re-placed and the entire tap was on backwards and upside down. We called to report the concern and we were snuffed off and they stated that there was nothing that they could do (or would do) to rectify the problem. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! STAY AWAY!!!
