David was a great home inspector, he was very thorough at inspecting the common property and our unit. In addition, his report was easy to read and understand. As a first time home buyer, he was able to provide a better understanding of the type of material used to build the complex and the life expectancy of certain things. He also provided helpful hints and tips to maintain various aspects of our new place. I would not hesitate to recommend David to a family or a friend!
