Terrible! They took almost 2 1/2 months to repair the damage from an ice dam. They came out, ripped out a huge part of the ceiling. I had to cover it up with plastic. They then left it like that for over a month. In the meantime my gas bill was growing and growing from the subzero temperatures. They didn't care. When they did come out to work on it, they left over 20 nails in my driveway, they didn't put the blinds back up like they said they would and now I'm still waiting for the carpet cleaner to come out. Guess what? they aren't getting in when I'm not there. I took my key out of the door lock.
