We chose our wood and carpet for our home and we quoetd $7.00a sq ft for the wood and $2.19 a sq foot for the carpet. The day before the installation we were told that the carpet we chose was out of "stock" and we had to pick another. We rushed and THEY chose one for us that wss similar and $1.00 more a sq foot. After telling them that if we had to pay extra for carpet we didn't pick that we would go with someone else for wood and carpet they agreed to honor thier contract and absorb the cost. The next day they did our hardwood, called us at work and walked off the job saying that until we paid the additional cost for the carpet that they were not doing the carpets-THEY RIPPED OUT OUR OLD ONES!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!! All of our bedrooms has boards and nails on the floor, it was not in living condidtion, we were left with our backs to the wall and with no choice. If we paid them we would have the carpets (which was in thier truck) placed that afternoon. We will never recommed this comnpany to anyone, we will do our best to enusre that anyone we know never uses them and hope that anyone reading this realizes the prices you see is not what you end up paying!!
