I was very impressed with the professionalism I experienced using this company. I called them with some problems I was having on a rental property that I was looking after and someone answered the phone live and took down all my issues and said someone could be there the same day. We arranged a time and within 1 hour another man from the company called to thank me for contacting them and confirmed the services I needed, and he said the technician would check all the problems and call me before any work would be performed. Sure enough the tech showed up on time, and called me with his findings. The tech (Nick) was great on the phone by explaining what needed to be done as well as what can be addressed at a lated date like adding shut offs here and there and nice to have items for the future. After giving Nick the go ahead, he completed all five jobs on time and at the estimated quote price given. All items were fixed and are working. It's great to hire a company that can be trusted and not jack up prices during the job. I would highly recommend this plumbing and heating company to anyone. Stay clear of the fly by night companies out there, it will cost more in the future having someone else fix it a second time. Well done Calaway!
