My computer screen was blank, the power button went on, but the laptop fan wasn't working, I really thought that is was a simple repair, ha. I took the computer in Monday after being able to talk to the owner on Sunday, nice. They called me within hours to tell me that I needed a new computer, eeeks. Both the owner and technician took time to guide me through the refurbished computer set up. They were able to transfer all my docs and pics over to the refurbished computer.
