Three years ago, we purchased a wool berber rug for our basement and stairs at Imperial. We worked with a salesperson to select a high-quality, durable carpet. The recommended carpet was expensive, but we wanted to ensure we choose a long-lasting carpet. Now, after just three years, the carpet on the stairs has worn right down to the base material (three people live in our house, no pets). It is unreasonable wear for a supposedly good, durable carpet. Imperial refuses to stand behind their product and the advice that was given to us. They won't even send a rep to see the issue. Imperial also refuses to give us the name of the manufacturer. Imperial was the place where my entire family purchased their rugs, however, we will no longer be seeking their services due to their inability to stand behind their products and advice.
