I bought one of Tidal's vanities from a store in the north end earlier this year. The store really recommended them for their quality and service so I took their word for it. The purchase and pickup went without a hitch but a month later when the contractor was installing it we discovered there were two defective knobs. I got panicky and called the store immediately not wanting to be charged extra. They calmed me down, said not a thing to worry about, and directed me to the manufacturer, Tidal, who I called and was helped out by a very pleasant girl. Luckily they did not charge me for those knobs and gave me replacements immediately. It was the perfect finishing touch to a renovation that went waaaay too long but now I have a beautiful bathroom fit for a king!
