After my experience with J S Crown, I have concluded that they do jot actually do any cleaning. This company came to my house, The employee was very casual, talking on his cell phone for about 1/2 of the 2 hour session I paid for. He was lacklustre about the cleaning, saying that many parts of our bathroom "could not get cleaner". There was visible, easily wiped mould on the windows, and visible dirt on the floors. He actually claimed to have mopped it 2x, but it was not even actually mopped once. After the cleaners left we found piles of dirt on the carpet, where it was quickly and secretly swept. After calling the owner/manager, I was subjected to more pressure to pay MORE money. It became clear to me that the company was not interested in cleaning, for a fee, but instead acting, or pretending to clean, then pressuring for money. At least that was the experience for us. They came, pretended to clean, killed time on cell phone calls, sat, moved some dirt from the hard floors onto the carpet, tried to hide it, and wiped the sink. To be honest, the sink was wiped well- which would have taken me 30 seconds. This was after an hour of phone calls, appointments, 2 hours of cleaning theoretically, and then an abusive fight with both the employee and the manager. I did give the owner a chance to talk about it and remedy the situation, but he seemed aware, and not only did no care, but seemed to be trying to make this 'business model' work for him.
