The value is outstanding for the product, the customer service is lacking. Had to chase them down to make appointments and find out what was going in several times. Took longer than they said it would by a week. We are happy with the finished product and think that if they just polish their service a bit they will be a great company
furnace purchase and installation
Great service from start to finish! The free home quote was at our convenience and very friendly. The installers, Chris and Lorne were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything about the install to us before they left...even waiting a later extra for my husband to come home. They left the furnace room tidier than they found it. They even put up with screaming kids and our dogs inspecting their every move! I would highly recommend them and we are already booking a water heater install with them.
