FAY in Thornhill (Bayview/Steeles)

Noticed the leak on Sunday and gave Josh a call. After a quick verbal assessment, we were ok to postpone investigation since it was a slow leak. However, Josh was able to accommodate us first thing the next day Monday at 7:30am and fixed quickly! Knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue. Provided feedback on additional items he noticed while onsite but did not pressure us. Competitively priced and amazing service. Would recommend and will use again!
