We had tried to connect with some electricians in our neighborhood Facebook group, but none responded despite "rave reviews". Then we remembered Homestars, and posted an inquiry looking for electricians to tackle our project. Within minutes, we received a response from George at Popa Electric. Later that morning, George came to our home to look at the work required. He was very respectful of our home and took his boots off on the porch! He had a lot of great suggestions and it was clear he is an expert in the field. We agreed on a date and a quote to have four potlights installed and an outlet moved. When George returned to do the work, we reviewed the plan. He actually did something very impressive - when discussing the work, he repositioned himself to include my wife in the discussion. Very considerate and respectful. Past experiences have often seen contractors talk to me and ignore the woman in the room. George was very inclusive! We are very happy with the work that George and Brandon performed, and will definitely call Popa Electric again in the future. George has a great sense of humour and it was a pleasure to work with him! Highly recommended.

My excellent customer service experience began when I called Finan. The lady that answered the phone was very positive and had a unique and charming greeting (call them, you'll love it!). I described my service requirements and was given a choice of two available appointment time ranges for the day. Mike Kropf arrived right on time; he was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the task. Prior to beginning service, Mike explained what had to be done and what the fee would be. His work was outstanding, clean and he was highly professional. I will definitely call Finan again for future electrical work. Exceptional customer service.
