Its been only a week since installation - but I think installation is the key. The installers, led by Arshad were very meticulous and knew what they were doing. All the work was done neatly and without fuss. A very professional job. Thanks Fahim & Arshad. It looks like I made the right decision and hope my dealings with them in future will be minimal, purposeful and without hassles.
