On Sunday evening April 19th, my neighbour noticed that one of the shingles on my newly installed roof was damaged due to some recent extreme weather conditions. Later that evening I sent an email to Nu Edge Roofing informing them of my situation and concern. Monday morning at 8:30 (the very next morning), Nick G. of Nu Edge rings my doorbell to inform me that he will be on my roof, and after the repair rang my door bell again giving me nothing more than a handshake and a smile.
