I have a Kitchenaid gas stove. After the power outage, the electronics did not work when the power was restored. I phoned T.A.S.N. The owner, Rick Gibson answered. After listening to the description of the problem, he made an appointment to check out the stove the next day. Rick arrived promptly to diagnose the problem. He removed the front panel and reset the electronics. After checking all components of the stove, he reassembled it and everything worked. I was impressed with the prompt, efficient and courteous service Rick provided.
