When we bought our sofa 5 months ago, we were told by Evan that it will take 3-4 months to receieve them, only reason we agreed to pay is because he sold natuzzi cheaper then sears, so we waited and phoned the store about 10 times after the 4 months ended, very bad service the have there, only when we received the sofas at home we found out it wasn't natuzzi at all, but italsofa, when I called Evan he said, you got what you asked.. at time of purchase I asked him to write on the slip that we are waiting for natuzzi leather brown colur etc, he only agreed to write down barcodes and said he knows the styles he holds in store, i am not saying what we bought is a bad product but we were mislead big time. it wasn't worth it!
