My wife and I had a very knowledgeable sales associate who did water testing in our newly built home in Courtice. The presentation took roughly an hour but was very educational, interactive and felt like we were learning from someone that believed in what they were presenting. The following day we received a call from the GM to confirm the installation time as well as the type of stone countertop they were installing the reverse osmosis system on. Due to circumstances of our own we had to postpone till the next day. The GM was very professional and accommodating even though he had to intercept his employees before they arrived at our house to find no one home.
