LBP is my hero during the frigid wind chill -21 weather. Had a technical problem with my furnace. Called LBP, told the technician the problem with the gas pipe. The call was handled in a great professional manner. Also, the wait time from when I made the call was prompt (1 hour to be exact). He also made a follow-up call to see how things were functioning.
