December 2013, my wife and I bought a spec home in Riviera. From day 1 we've experienced nothing but terrible service. Zero accountability, zero quality control and most annoying of all, nobody has the authority to make a decision. Although we paid for the house to comply with Built Green Gold specifications, and this is supposedly "Cochrane's first Built Green community", our house is still missing the majority of these items. Trico refuses to answer any of our questions about the missing features. Our basement floor is splitting apart, exterior accent beams are non existent and we ended up with a sliding door at the rear of the house instead of French doors. Trico's response....... Zilch. Nada. Nothing. To date, my wife and I have had a terrible experience with Trico, absolutely pathetic display.
