I own a Viking Professional refrigerator which stopped cooling but freezer worked. Elite came out on seven different occasions following all service guidelines provided by Viking. None of the suggested parts replacements worked. Elite escalated the file to senior service personnel at Viking who also could not come up with a solution. Elite pushed to have it addressed by Viking’s engineering group who designed a kit to resolve a design problem. Elite worked hard to expedite the kit and after almost 2 months from start to finish, IT WORKED!! I have to give honourable mention to Rex, their service tech who worked tirelessly to try to solve the problem. Very professional and thorough. Kudos to the whole service team at Elite!
