I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE A KAITLIN HOME/CONDO OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THESE CROOKS. List of problems with home is to long to list here. Foundations cracking, roof leaking, windows and doors not properly installed. Absolutely NO customer service. Issue still unresolved after FIVE years. Not to mention that the screwed us on the Clubhouse. Stay away from these incompetent & crooked people.
