Coldest day of the year and no heat this afternoon. Andrew came within a few hours, quickly identified the problem, found the needed part and fixed the furnace. Excellent service.

Wow....thanks so very much, from all of us here, at Mackay Heating and Cooling !!!! Andrew is a talent that we are thrilled to have added to the work family. He had been out during that cold snap from early morning right to 4AM , two nights consecutively!!! Then, as the cold weather had us in the grips of a nasty chill...Andrew was out there, and the techs, including, Andrew got to every single call for help. They are great...and the owners could not be happier that the team has acquired another great player.
