We were very impressed with how quickly Jeff (the owner) responded and completed the work; especially given that it happened during Christmas holidays and Jeff and his family was without power themselves. Our mast was damaged by the ice storm and needed to be repaired before Hydro would re-connect us to the main power line. We left a message for Bestway late on Christmas evening. Jeff replied at 9am the next morning, was at our house by noon, and was able to obtain the necessary permit and parts to complete the repair the next day. Once the repair was completed, he immediately notified the appropriate government department so that an inspector could be scheduled to come out as soon as possible. Once the inspection was done, all we had to do was wait for Hydro to re-connect us. Jeff was very good at explaining the process and steps to expect before our power could be restored. The service was amazing and the professionalism was top-notch. On top of that, Jeff is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. We completely trust him and highly recommend Bestway.
