We have a house with an older furnace,complex ducting and in need of updating. While I interviewed a few companies I liked Williams HVAC right from the start. Chris was very knowledgable and made me well aware of what we could reasonably do and could not do, factoring in the limitations of the older house. Using newer technology we were able to install a zoned very efficient furnace(this made a huge difference in our house) , an efficient water heater and air conditioner. The price was very competitive but more importantly it was accurate with no surprises(considering older house). The job was done on time and Kyle and the team did a great install. The house was cleaned up every night and installed components look and work great. There was a small issue of some mild water damage(during the torrential rain storms in June which no one could predict) during install of exhaust/intake pipes which Williams HVAC took care of with no hassles. Pretty impressive. Also impressive is if one has some questions about how to use the new system Williams HVAC is always available either by phone or on-line .I have no problems recommending

Jameswood did a great job of our original major house renovation.We had no hassles and were on budget and on time. We were very happy with the staff and the results. That was about 8 years ago. 3 years later we decided to finish some of the basement that we had not renovated. No problems. On time and on budget. That is pretty good . This year we decided to switch our dining room and living room around requiring some cosmetic changes and re paint some of kitchen cupboards that had worn. This was a very small job but important to us. We asked Jameswood to help and they fit it in with no problems. I think it is fantastic that we can always call for some help even after all major renovations were done No problems recommending them
