Hands down a 10/10 on service, quality of work and professionalism. Dorian was our first point of contact for the estimate. He was on time for our first appointment, professional throughout and demonstrated a great knowledge of the product. He suggested a couple of innovations, that we went with, and was very accommodating. He double checked and confirmed he had it all accurately recorded. Wonderful guy. Gary was great to work with on scheduling and the pricing we received was the most competitive and fair based on 3 other quotes. He always gets back to you in a timely manner and is willing to help. Can't say enough good things. Papi and Novi were the installers. They were AMAZING. Ours was a difficult project due to the roof line being so close to the neighbour's house. They made it work and completed everything on top of the fact that we had a December install and it was freezing outside, not one complaint. Their work was flawless and they are really great guys on top of it. Total pleasure. Century Aluminum has a 'you don't pay until you're satisfied' which they definitely stand by. We had a minor change to the routing of a spout, that we wanted to after the work was complete. They scheduled a crew, free of charge to come make it happen. Work is done and same great professionalism and willingness to help. Only when we confirmed it was done and we were more than happy with the work did they mention the invoice. Overall you can't go wrong with these guys. Start to finish we were impressed with them. The work is superior quality at a competitive price with amazing service.
