Save yourself the trouble - don't hire this company! We hired this company in August to install a 2-zone home theater. They only partially completed the job, left us with some inoperable equipment, and have not been back to finish or service it in over 4 months. Some of this equipment was not even two-zone compatible. After many phone calls and e-mails, and as many as five scheduled appointments that they failed to keep, we contacted the BBB and our lawyer. The equipment and workmanship was shoddy, most of which we've now replaced.

Yes we had a issue with a new model receiver that was told to us from Onkyo having certain options that it apparently didnt have. We where willing to switch out the receiver free of charge for Mr Failla and also wanted to make things wright for him. Mr Failla was ver disrespectful when I tried to resolve this matter on the phone, yelling cursing ect. We will not tollorate this from any one. First and four most, Mr Failla and his son tried to act is if they new everything and wanted to minipulate the project the whole way. Mr Failla also wanted us to return his money for a Home theater remote that was already used, all because he didnt have the rights to program this as a consumer. This is what he had asked for from the very start. We have a signed invoice and also records that indicate this was what he requested. This all started when he had changed his mind about getting a different TV, SMART TV. We then had to run a additional audio cable for this Digital optical. Mind you MR Failla still had not paid us for equipment that he still have in his possesion. We did a great and clean job on MR failla's home and we do not deserve 0 stars. Let be honest MR failla , the whole project went well and clean all but the confusion with the Receiver.
