All the reviews are 100% correct. I called Imran after reading these reviews. He came over at the agreed upon time on time and looked at my fireplace. He quickly resovled the issue and also educated me aswell about my fireplace and things I can do to extend the life of it and use it to not only improve its heat distribution but also lower my heating bill!
