I made a call for my furnace not working and Randy showed up that same Thursday morning after checking why he determined the motor was the cause. His office ordered the part from their supplier in Toronto Randy had told me he was going to put a rush and he was hoping for Friday if not then Monday. This is Tuesday and no part yet as per his office. Randy did bring me two electric heaters in the meantime and I have a gas fireplace. But I am not satisfied my furnace is still not repaired after counting today 6days.........
