So today was the 1st snow fall from when my contract started. Even though it only snowed 2 cm yesterday, they came out! I am sure it was a curtsy call because both my neighbors when I got back home from work had snow all over their driveway. It makes me feel valued as a customer that GOLD STANDARD goes above and beyond what they promise. They defiantly live up to their name and reputation! We look forward to have them start our lawn maintenance and cutting packages for the upcoming spring. Very professional, reliable, and honest!
