Unfortunately there were some issues with this contractor from the beginning in terms of the original quote. Some of the work that was under the original quote was done by myself and when the contractor was requested to re-quote less the work that was completed, the contractor never provided a revised quote. This became an issue at the end when the quote went from under $4,00 to over $11,000 and the work that I completed was not removed. For any additional work, even though quotes were requested numerous times, they were never provided in order to determine if I wanted the work completed or not. At the end of the job, the amount owing, was more than double. The finished product was not up to the standard I would expect from a company that specializes in this type of work. It was hard to nail down when they were going to be on-site or not and the time period to complete the work delayed other contractors for the work.

The Project Mgr. for the work was very professional, always on time and very personable to work with. Very accommodating when making changes/updates to the required work. The work completed was well done and would recommend the company for the work completed.

I had called another company to come and service my machine but they refused as it was too cold a day. I then contacted this company who were able to come that afternoon! The service was excellent, arrived within the time frame, sourced the problem and had my washing machine working again within a shirt amount of time. He even helped lift the dryer off of the washing machine in order to access the area for servicing. Very pleasant and would recommend them for repairs,
