I needed a technician A.S.A.P. Call was dispatched & I was given a rough ETA. Craig (Technician #7213) called 15 minutes before arrival & was punctual, professional & very pleasant. Within minutes he knew the problem, ordered the parts. Followed up with me quickly to set installation time, he was very accommodating.
