The drains in basement were backed up. Called Birnie and sons. They sent Dale out to help. He explained exactly how he was going to proceed and how much it would cost. He snaked with a cutter, 60 feet and cleared the line of, a pail full of roots. He was very professional, and courteous. I would strongly recommend this company based on Dale's performance.
I wanted information on insulating, the sill plate, in the basement. We could feel the cold air coming in. Bruce explained the benefits of spray foam, including it didn't need a vapour barrier. Very knowledgeable and professional. He, along with his boss, Alex, also arranged for me, to see a home, that they had just done. They went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be satisfied. The installers were pleasant and professional. Bruce and Alex, both called after to make sure we were satisfied. I had the attic done, as well, with the same excellent results.
