Just purchased our first older home and we were nervous. We don't know anything about maintenance of an older home. Shawn Janes was our home inspector from Clarified And he was great. He was recommended in his other reviews and we can see why. He was so detailed and he left no unanswered questions. His inspection was so detailed, not a thing got past him. His inspection even included how to fix with diagrams the issues he encountered. We are so glad we hired him.
