Water heater stopped working all of sudden. Called customer service around 6:00 PM, we had Reliance technician and our door within hour and a half. Gurmeet, employee # 2473 was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and replaced the necessary parts and left after answering all of our concerns. I am extremely happy with the service i received. I would recommend reliance as a company to all family and friends. Thanks, Salman
