The basement was partially finished. But it needed flooring, drywall, a bathroom, a small kitchen, laundry, new windows etc. Alex and his people did the job, patiently accommodating the changes we made along the way, and giving us ideas to save money, do it differently, improve the appearance etc. He and his people are hard working, polite, and friendly. The work was professionally done, all to appropriate codes, and with proper insurance protection etc. Very professional all around, respectful of the property (i.e.cleaned up each day, kept the house secure etc.), and reasonably priced for the amount of work that was done. Alex quickly got the necessary tradespeople when they were needed, and recommended sources and contacts for us to buy our supplies. He is experienced, good at problem solving, and very focused on his client/customer. I would highly recommend him.

The Home Improvement people were excellent and completed a MAJOR renovation, in a good-sized bathroom, in 8 consecutive working days! At any time there were 3 or 4 people working here, which meant I wasn't waiting for someone to show up, and it definitely ensured the job was done in as short a time as possible. The tradespeople were respectful, competent and knowledgeable, careful of everything in our home, cleaned up their work every day, and just a pleasure to have in the house. Having a project manager was invaluable; I could always reach him with my questions, and for those supplies which I was unable to get myself, he arranged for them to be purchased and picked up for me. I would highly recommend the Home Improvement people, and would use them again for anything else that needs to be done.
