Our dryer stopped producing heat and we called Glen to assess the situation. He came within an hour(on a Saturday) and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to find the part (heating coil) from an outside source and told us he would have an estimate for labour and parts by Monday morning. It came under his original quote and he was able to come back and fix it right away. We were very happy with his professionalism and speed. We will use him again in the future.
