Interior and exterior painting.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We initially hired CertaPro for an exterior paint project. Throughout the job, we were very impressed with the staff's attention to detail, timeliness and follow-up. We were more than pleased with the final result. Several months later, we hired CertaPro a second time for an interior paint project. The crew that came to our home was meticulous and very precise with the painting, and also proud of their trade. At the completion of the clean-up, it appeared as though no one had been there. All was in order, and we walked into a brand new room! Highly recommended!
