Jeffery did preliminary check. Quick and efficient. Discovered that a new gas control valve was needed. We took the weekend to decide whether to replace entire fireplace. Dwayne did the repair job. Excellent service. Both technicians were informative regarding the work needed, polite, they both cleaned up after the job was completed.
